I know I slack on my updates. Micah wants to be held most of the time these days. I don't alot done. I broke down and got a cleaning lady to help me. I am so grateful to have her. The house feels great afterward.

Anyway, news flash, Zayne is potty training!!!!YAY... Today is day 2. He told me once so far he needed to go potty before he went. He likes wearing pullups. He is counting to 10 and can recognize all the numbers. He is working on recognizing his letters. He knows about half the alphabet. And he is turning the big 2 this month. WOW

Micah is getting big . He is in 6 mo clothes. He is grabbing at his toys and will bring them to his mouth. He just started making squeals, learning he has a voice. But has been cranky last couple weeks. He just got a cough so I guess its from feeling ucky...

Kayla is doing well with her braces. Her overbite is almost gone. Teeth look great! She is getting better at violin and colorguard. She Performances coming up for both. She is 5'4" . She said they were measured at school this week. I can't believe she will be 13 in April. It sure goes fast.

Micah is getting so big so fast. At his 7 wk appt he weighed 12 lbs 10 oz. He is getting rolls everywhere. Its a wonder because he spits excessively. I sometimes think he didn't keep any down. But the rolls tell otherwise.
Everyone has gotten sick, including Micah. (He is still sick)Except me, knock on wood. Dewey was sick over Christmas and is finally feeling better today. It is good he took this week off. Family leave is the best. He gets paid to stay home. We wanted to go do something fun like the Long Beach Aquarium, but Micah's cough is worse and its getting chilly out. So we are staying home and renting movies.
I got a new fun toy for Christmas. Its called the Bloggie. Its a mini video and picture cam. It takes 4 hrs of video. I will find a good one for all to see!

Here is a little catch up of the family. Its been a busy time getting use to a new member in the family. But it is always interestingly fun. A peek at some Halloween fun! We missed the fall festival punpkin patch this year. The few Sat before Micah was born it rained so we didn't go. And then Micah came a little early, so definately next year.

New Baby!

Here he is! Micah Aaron Tanoai Reed. He was born Oct 27,2010. I went to the doctor on the 24th and was only 1 cm and 80%. I came home called my friend and we went for a walk. I had a few contractions, but nothing big. We had dinner and was having them off and on, so I wanted to go to the mall so we could walk. We walked around about 4 times. They were closing so we headed home. But while we were there my contractions started being kinda regular. When we got home I started doing dishes and finishing the laundry I started earlier . My contractions were coming but one would be good and the next was a teaser. It was about 11pm when I finally got to sit down. I got Zayne to sleep and we went to bed. Dewey downloaded a contraction counter on his phone and I laid in bed and my contractions had started coming more regular. By 3:45 I got hungry so I got up and ate 2 stuffed shells, Yum, then went back to bed. I was about 6.5 min apart then after about 45 min of 5.5 min apart I got upto brush my teeth and it jumped to 2.5 min apart. And it was really time to leave. It takes 25 min to get to the hospital. I thought I could feel pressure, then on the way I really could feel him. We got to the ER and I couldn't walk in, after pushing ghte assistance button 4 times, and no one coming to assist, I walk in holding on to Dewey, and OB was just barely calling ER to let them know I was on my way. I had called at least 10 min before to say we were on our way in. I finally got a wheel chair to take me up and when I got up stairs I was at 9 cm. Dewey had to run downstairs to move the car. While he was gone my water broke. No Husband and No Doctor! Dewey made it back in time and the ER doctor showed up. My Doctor still on her way. I didn't have even push him he came out all on his own. My body pushed for me. Its amazing how a womans body works. And Micah was here. Without any help from the doctor. He just stood there. Micah basically ncame out on the bed. Then he took care of the cord and Dewey got to cut it. About 10 -15 min after he was born, Dr. Tio made it in. She got to finish me up. I cut really it really close not realizing. It was an easy labor. I had the birth I wanted. I labored at home and delivered natural. What a great experience.

Ok... So here is a little catch up. The first one is mid July, the one with Dewey and I is his birthday at Disneyland( crazy I know), and the one with Zayne loving my belly is mid Sept. Went from little belly to Big Belly!

Zayne loves to to pull up my shirt and give loves and kisses to my belly. Its so sweet. Well today I am 36 wks. Hopefully its not much longer. I am ready.

It is so fun when little ones start to talk. He is saying 'ama' (grandma), 'ame'(amen) after prayers, he folds his arms too. And 'up a go' when he wants up. He will come tell me 'dido' when he has stinky pants. Such a smarty pants. They grow up so fast.

BIG little Zayne

Well no suprise but Zayne didn't make it through sacrament today, so Dewey took him up to the nursery and he discovered this rider. I was told he had a blast and its easy to balance. He was smiling until the picture was taken.

New Family Car

Ohhhh ...I am so excited. Here are the new wheels. We decided to look around here cause dads work was in very short supply of what we were hoping to get. And we needed something soon. It all worked out. It was the right price, size, and mileage...so we did it. It is so much easier to get Zayne in and out. Glad I changed my mind about the Flex. Its low. When mom and dad were here I got Zayne in and out of their Expedition, and decided i wanted to look for and SUV instead. Just like Sara said about her new Honda, it saves your back.

week 24 + belly

Here it is! no hiding anything this time. Mom took this while they were here. We went swimming in our old apt pool one last time before we turn in our keys.
It was a blistering day. And well, we have NO air conditioning. Did not know that till yesterday. We just assumed. We all know what that means. haha So We will be buying a portable, needless to say. I don't think I will fair very well for the rest of summer being big pregnant and hotter than normal already. We will be getting wet often and visiting friends or going to the mall where it is cooler. Today was overcast and not so bad. Needed relief after 3 days of hot. I realize its nothing compared to Vegas, St.George or Virginia but, its hot to me now.

This is our new house. No more apartments for us. We are so excited. 26th is the big day!!!!!!!!!YAY!!!!!

Hello everyone! Here is the long overdue post. I finally downloaded the pictures from B- days and a belly pic for those that are far.

Since I am On the computer I thought I would post. And still no birthday pictures yet. Kayla's is coming up next week. I know I am behind. Thats ok, I'll get there.
As for today I am 12 weeks amd still feeling sick. It hasn't eased much yet.
Zayne is growing so much. He is trying to talk. He grabs his ear and tries to say 'ear', he grabs my nose when I say nose, he has started using 2 signs that I have been doing with him since he was little. He does the sign for eat and more. He uses them properly too. When he wants to go he says,'go go'.
Its time to pick up Kayla from school need to run.

Well most of you already know, we are have another baby! I had my first appt and it went great. I got to see the baby. It was so cute, so tiny. You could see arms and legs. The tail was gone so baby doesn't look like a tadpole anymore.

I know I need to post for Zayne's birthday. I just need to get the pictures off my camera. I will. Feeling alittle tired and slow these days.

California Adventure

We to California Adventure . Didn't stay there long its under a lot of construction. But when its done its going to be twice the size. We spent most of the day at Disneyland. But it was a lot more crowded this time. Note: don't go any part of a holiday weekend.

Dewey took the Friday before Pres. Day, not a blackout day, but i guess everyone else had the same idea. Go figure!
